Westchester Resident Philip Kunhardt Hosts JFK Historian At NYC Lecture

Waccabuc resident Philip Kunhardt, Founding Director of New York University's Center for the Study of Transformative Lives, will introduce historian Timothy Naftali, author of the forthcoming "Before the Glass Shattered: Kennedy in the White House," for a public lecture on Tuesday, Oct. 6. The talk, "Demystifying JFK," will take place in the first-floor screening room of NYU's King Juan Carlos I of Spain Center, located at 53 Washington Square South, between Thompson and Sullivan Streets. According to Kunhardt, who spent part of his Westchester life in Ossining and Chappaqua, Naftali will be drawing on his expert knowledge of the White House tapes and archives to reveal new perspectives on JFK's leadership.
